Skua is a small and intimate restaurant on the lower levels of Stockbridge’s St Stephen Street.
Our Kitchen is small so our menu is too, this gives us the time and space to prepare the dishes we think best represent what Skua is about.

Our sister restaurant, Cardinal, will open in March and offer tasting menus.
